OPERATOR OVERVIEW
Infrastructure partnerships
Facility, GPU capacity and operating partnerships for AI cloud deployments.
partner@intertie.ai
Partnership scope
We are developing GPU cloud services and need the infrastructure and operations to support them.
| Partner role | Potential scope |
|---|---|
| Facility operator | Power, cooling, space, connectivity and facility support. |
| GPU capacity provider | Hardware configuration, delivery and capacity availability. |
| Cloud operations partner | Infrastructure integration, monitoring and operating support. |
| INTERTIE.ai | Customer workload, model services and the contracted managed-service scope. |
Deployment architecture
The customer application, managed runtime and infrastructure have separate operating responsibilities.
Proposed service architecture. Each partner’s obligations are specified in its agreement.
Operating responsibilities
The contracts must specify who owns the equipment and operates each part of the service.
| Area | Responsibilities to agree |
|---|---|
| Equipment | Buyer, title, installation, warranty and maintenance. |
| Facilities | Utility interfaces, critical systems and access. |
| Cloud service | Monitoring, service levels, incident response and change control. |
| Commercial | Customer billing, provider payments and remedies. |
Reliability requirements
The service needs to recover from equipment, network and software failures.
Separate customer credentials, data and execution.
Restore state and retry or escalate failed work.
Observe resource availability, queues, errors and latency.
Assign incident ownership and escalation procedures.
Deployment testing
Test the customer workload across the full operating environment.
| Measure | Test coverage |
|---|---|
| Quality | Completed tasks, incorrect actions and human intervention. |
| Performance | End-to-end latency, p95 response time and throughput. |
| Reliability | Failed tool calls, retries, recovery and state continuity. |
| Cost | Model APIs, GPUs, CPUs, storage, networking and support per completed task. |
Acceptance criteria and service levels are agreed before production.
Operating economics
Measure the resources and support required to complete the workload.
| Cost category | Measure |
|---|---|
| Compute | GPU and CPU use, reserved capacity and idle time. |
| External services | Model APIs, tools and other provider charges. |
| Infrastructure | Storage, networking, power and facility services. |
| Operations | Monitoring, support and recovery work. |
Partner discussion
Review the facility or capacity offer together with the intended customer workload.
Scope
Configuration, location and service boundaries.
Schedule
Availability, installation and commissioning.
Operations
Acceptance, support and incident responsibilities.
Commercial
Pricing, payment and contract terms.
