Counterparty identity
Identify the contracting entities, their beneficial owners, who can act for them and the source of funds relevant to the arrangement.
Models, data and deployment
Check the intended use, model licences, data permissions, equipment and deployment location. Any required reviews or approvals must be completed for the specific arrangement.
Fees and interests
Disclose relevant fees, co-investment, ownership interests and conflicts to the parties involved. Record each party’s role in the project documents.
Supporting documents
Keep dated records of ownership, permissions, capacity and delivery status. Update the records when rights, equipment availability or project conditions change.
Eligibility is reviewed for each deployment.
We do not use arrangements designed to conceal beneficial ownership or evade applicable restrictions. Project eligibility and readiness are determined through the relevant evidence and approvals.
