Start

How to begin.

Both sides
of the line

If someone sent you here, this is the place to start. Tell us which side of the line you are on and what you have. We reply personally, and qualified inquiries move to NDA and KYC before detail is exchanged in either direction.

01 · Demand

I need compute.

AI labs, neoclouds and platforms with a live workload and someone who can sign. We take ranges, not exact figures, until NDA.

What to send

  1. Company, and who we would talk to.
  2. Power band you need, IT-side, and the GPU class.
  3. Form: colocation, GPUaaS, or bare metal.
  4. Needed-by date and the term you have in mind.
  5. Region preferences or constraints — latency, data residency, export-control jurisdiction.

What qualifies

Qualified means a named entity, a real workload and a decision-maker. Every entry in the demand book carries its status — in dialogue, non-binding indication, LOI, or executed — and nothing is called contracted until it is signed. KYC (ownership look-through, source of funds, export-control eligibility) comes before any introduction to capacity.

What happens next

  1. We reply personally and ask for whatever is missing.
  2. NDA and KYC. Nothing identifying moves before this, in either direction.
  3. You see matching capacity from the run sheet with counterparty detail, then a call with the operator.
Send your requirement → Opens an email to partner@intertie.ai with the five points laid out. Ranges are fine.
02 · Supply

I have power, a site, or capacity.

Utilities, landowners, data-center owners — and owners of existing high-density energy sites that can be repowered for AI workloads. Country or state is enough to start; coordinates and contracts are not.

What to send

  1. Company, and who controls the site.
  2. Location to country or state, and the megawatts available — with the grid-connection stage: connected, application, or study.
  3. Timing: when it can be energized, and the phase plan.
  4. What exists today: land, shell, cooling, existing load.
  5. Ownership summary — who owns what, at a level we can look through later.

What qualifies

Bankable means a documented grid position or generation contract, site control, and an ownership chart we can look through. Repowered sites qualify on the same terms. We do not need everything signed to start — we need to know what stage each piece is at, and everything we list carries that stage.

What happens next

  1. We reply personally and ask for whatever is missing.
  2. NDA and KYC, then a technical and compliance screen: grid, permits, ownership, export path.
  3. An anonymized listing on the run sheet, matched with qualified demand; a qualified operator is paired for build and run.
Send your site or capacity → Opens an email to partner@intertie.ai with the five points laid out. Bands and stages are fine.
03 · Operators & lenders

I operate or finance.

Two different conversations, kept separate. Operators build and run delivered projects; lenders and credit funds see the structure and the project materials under NDA.

Operators

Build and run · selected against our operator standard

What to send

  • Track record at scale — sites, megawatts, GPU counts.
  • Liquid-cooling capability and the densities you run.
  • Security posture and certifications.
  • Geographies you operate in, and who we would talk to.

What happens next

  • Qualification against the operator standard. Selection is in progress; every project is delivered with a qualified operator.
  • NDA, then project introductions as they reach the stage where an operator is chosen.

Lenders & credit

Structure first · what is signed, and what is not

What to send

  • Institution and mandate — ticket size, tenor, seniority.
  • Geographies and asset types you can underwrite.
  • What you need to see first, and who we would talk to.

What happens next

  • NDA, then the four-entity structure and project materials — with every figure labeled by status, and exactly what is signed and what is not.
  • Your role defined in writing before any project introduction.
The boundary

What is public, and what moves only after NDA.

Before NDA · on the run sheet

Listing ID, coarse region, banded power (IT-side), GPU class, form, delivery window, term, compliance stage, status. Anonymized by design, on both sides.

After NDA and KYC

Counterparty, exact site, precise scale, pricing, documents and the data room — listing by listing, to cleared parties only. Where a counterparty is also a demand source, the relationship is disclosed, not netted away.

What you send reaches partner@intertie.ai, is read by the team, and is used only to respond to your inquiry. Nothing on this page is an offer, a commitment to deliver capacity, or a solicitation of any kind; every figure Intertie shares is indicative and carries its status.
