I need compute.
AI labs, neoclouds and platforms with a live workload and someone who can sign. We take ranges, not exact figures, until NDA.
What to send
- Company, and who we would talk to.
- Power band you need, IT-side, and the GPU class.
- Form: colocation, GPUaaS, or bare metal.
- Needed-by date and the term you have in mind.
- Region preferences or constraints — latency, data residency, export-control jurisdiction.
What qualifies
Qualified means a named entity, a real workload and a decision-maker. Every entry in the demand book carries its status — in dialogue, non-binding indication, LOI, or executed — and nothing is called contracted until it is signed. KYC (ownership look-through, source of funds, export-control eligibility) comes before any introduction to capacity.
What happens next
- We reply personally and ask for whatever is missing.
- NDA and KYC. Nothing identifying moves before this, in either direction.
- You see matching capacity from the run sheet with counterparty detail, then a call with the operator.
